Mary Wentzel is a graduate from Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia and is an art educator, a children's book illustrator and a freelance artist.

Mary served as the Curator of Education at the Museum of Arts and Sciences in Daytona Beach. Mary Wentzel's illustrations are in private collections around the world.
